Insulation is inserted on top of DPM and then as we can see the reinforcing for the concrete slap is laid in place. Note they will put the reinforcing bars on to spacers in order to achiecve the allowable cover for the concrete slab.
After the installation of the sand blinding the contractor next installs the DPM
